We are looking for a Technical Leader to guide the work of our Artificial Intelligence team within the Research & Development division.
This role is at the intersection of technology leadership, innovation, and team coordination. We are seeking someone with solid experience in software development, strong skills in people and project management, and a deep passion for pushing the boundaries of innovation in the field of AI.
You’ll be responsible for leading a cross-disciplinary team, planning activities, coordinating research directions, and ensuring tangible outcomes that contribute to the evolution of our technologies and services.

What You’ll Be Working On- Leading the AI-focused team in R&D across planning, development, and delivery
- Guiding the exploration of innovative technologies, from LLMs to computer vision and generative AI
- Translating research insights into concrete software solutions and prototypes
- Coordinating project timelines, resource planning, and progress reporting
- Acting as a technical reference point for the team and stakeholders
- Contributing to the strategic evolution of RE:LAB’s innovation roadmap
- A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent (PhD is a plus)
- Strong background in software development and applied AI
- Experience in leading teams and managing complex technical projects
- Deep interest in emerging technologies, innovation, and their real-world applications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strategic thinking, with a hands-on, results-oriented attitude
