Required Skills & Qualifications- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position ideally in a luxury hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and strong organizational and time-management skills
- Passionate about food with a keen eye for detail, presentation and quality
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations
