Quality control technician / industrialization specialist

Studio Signoretti for an international Group with HQ in Treviso area, leader in their sector (shoes, boots, sportswear and accessories), and we are searching for a:

QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN / INDUSTRIALIZATION SPECIALIST

The Technician will refer to Quality Manager and will be in charge of following activities:

• Perform regular quality assessments on product and process on supplier facilities;
• Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner;
• Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible;
• Inspect product materials for defects and durability;
• Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes;
• Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions;
• Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner;
• Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required;
• Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training;
• Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with co- workers/suppliers;
• Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects.
• High school Technical degree;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles lived in companies with one following products, shoes, apparel, accessories, etc...;
• Good english and office automation knowledge;
• Managerial competencies like: organization, problem solving, stress management.
