Your Mission
For our Panerai HQ based in Milan, we are looking for an HR Generalist Intern passionate about the HR world, curious learner with strong communication, organizational, and relational skills
The HR Generalist Intern will report to the Senior HR Manager and will support in the day-to-day activities related to the HQ population. The intern will be involved in recruitment, onboarding, and HR Department management.
During the internship he/she will have the opportunity to learn and gain competencies on the HR management of Milan HQ; moreover, will be involved in some global HR projects.
How will you make an impact
The HR Generalist Intern will:
- Assist with talent acquisition activities: drafting job descriptions, job postings, CV screening, interviews, meetings with hiring managers
- Manage the on-boarding process, including HR Inductions and coordination with HR Administration
- Oversee the management of HR tools and platforms (e.g. Success Factors)
- Collaborate with the Senior HR Manager and the global HR Team for the organization, coordination and delivery of variety of HR initiatives and projects
- Be a point of contact for the employees regarding HR queries
- Degree/Master’s in Human Resources
- Previous work experience in HR preferable
- Strong interpersonal & communications skills with a curious mindset
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Interested in working in a dynamic contest
- Project management skills
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English and Italian
