Project Manager HMI (Automotive)

In doing so, we leverage our solid expertise in interaction and visual design, ergonomics, and human factors, as well as in software, firmware, and hardware development for HMI.
We are looking for a Project Manager HMI in the automotive field with an excellent command of French, to manage innovative projects related to human-machine interfaces in vehicles. The ideal candidate has experience in managing complex projects, knowledge of software development methodologies, and strong skills in interacting with international clients.
- Coordinate HMI projects for the automotive sector, managing activities, resources, and development timelines
- Serve as the main point of contact between the technical team and the client, ensuring requirements and deadlines are met
- Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, particularly French-speaking clients
- Oversee the project lifecycle, from requirement analysis to final delivery
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and milestones, ensuring the quality and compliance of the developed solutions
- Travel up to 50% of the time for meetings and operational activities with clients
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Management, or related fields
- At least 3-5 years of experience in project management in the automotive or software industry
- Advanced proficiency in French (C1 or higher) and good knowledge of English
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
- Knowledge of HMI, UI/UX, or embedded software development processes
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and client management skills
