Restaurant manager

We are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager at Ristorante FRE. The RM has to work in collaboration with the other members of the Restaurant Team to ensure excellent service for our guests, supervising and managing the entire FOH staff, following the company philosophy, operating standards and procedures.
Handles reservations.
Organizes the ranks and supervise the restaurant mise en place.
Anticipate the needs of our guests, taking extreme care of details and customer service as well as supervising the entire waiting team.
He/she is responsible for teaching chef de rang and commis service techniques, as well as explaining any dishes, food, wine in the restaurant to ensure the due efficiency of the team.
At the end of the day, he/she is in charge of closing the till.
Knowing and always following safety procedures and policies, reporting any accidents and unsafe working conditions to superiors.
Will ensure effective communication between FOH and the BOH Teams, in compliance with our current procedures.
Knowledge about wine and bartendering, preferably certified.
Will collect all materials needed from the warehouse in accordance with the instructions received.
RM will help to develop an harmonious work atmosphere focused on collaboration with all Resort departments. Coordinates the work of the FOH Team (chef de rang and commis) before, during and after service.
Schedule weekly Rota for FOH Team.Handles reservations.
