Cleaning and Good Practices Technician
Establish a statewide cleanliness and orderliness standard at each ICP manufacturing facility, in order to have a uniform model across all manufacturing facilities.
Design cleanliness and orderliness plans and determine resources and materials, cleaning and disinfection agents needed to meet established standards.
Microbiological and chemical cleanliness evaluation of: surfaces, equipment, tools, work clothes, operators, etc.
Analyze data from audits and assessments to identify trends and provide feedback to the cleanliness and orderliness system.Train hygiene and housekeeping managers of manufacturing facilities on all aspects of plant hygiene.
Analyze data collected from monitoring activities, test results and quality metrics to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction and quality improvement related to cleaning and best practices, work instructions, inspection procedures and external relations (cleaning contractors). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Analyze data collected from monitoring activities, test results, and quality metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Use statistical methods and quality control tools to
interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
The Knowledge are: Degree or master in Food Safety and hygienic Standards (EDHEDG)
