Summary: The Salesforce CRM Developer plays a vital role at Cavotec.

He/she will help us continually improving and enhancing our CRM platform (Sales Force), gathering requirements and feedbacks and designing best practice solutions.

• Focusing on the technical aspects of Salesforce CRM implementation and customization
• being responsible for the development, integration, and maintenance of the CRM system's underlying infrastructure and functionality.
• architecting and implementing custom solutions using Salesforce development tools such as Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• integrating Salesforce CRM with other systems and applications.
• configuring and managing data models, security settings, and access controls within Salesforce CRM.
• writing code to automate business processes, data manipulation, and complex calculations within Salesforce CRM.
• troubleshooting technical issues, debugging code, and providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of the CRM system.
• Provide expert support to key stakeholders;
• Ensure a trouble-free communication between CRM other IT systems, especially ERP and Document management systems;
• Support business in building and maintaining datas in the CRM;

Requirements:

• SOQL skills and APEX strong knowledge;
• Strong understanding of CRM data model, knowledge of Salesforce and its configuration;
• University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or similar;
• 3/5 years of professional experience in similar roles (experience in international B2B company will be a plus);
• Able to work on multiple priorities with good analytical skills;
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Enjoy learning new business processes in order to translate them into technical solutions
• Team player and excellent communication skills
