Our client is a company leader in the Italian financial markets, part of an international network.

For their Corporate Secretary, we are searching a high-calibre candidates to take up the following challenging role:

SENIOR CORPORATE SECRETARY

The candidate we are looking for will join the Corporate Secretariat Italy team, part of the Legal, Regulatory, and Institutional Affairs Department of the Group.

• Support the Head of Corporate Secretariat Italy in corporate secretarial activities, ensuring compliance with governance regulations and coordination within the Group.
• Manage corporate meetings for Italian entities within international Group:
• Prepare agendas, supporting documents, and draft minutes;
• Convene meetings and update internal corporate registers;
• Handle filings with the Italian Companies Register.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Supervisory Authorities (CONSOB, Bank of Italy) per MiFID II, EMIR, CSDR.
• Assist in corporate operations and drafting/reviewing internal procedures.
• Support corporate law matters at the Group level beyond Italy.

The Corporate Secretary team is an integral part of the Group, playing a key role in coordinating and overseeing secretarial activities across the various countries where the Group operates.

• Master’s Degree in Law or Economics (preferred).
• 5-10 years of experience in Legal or Corporate Secretariat roles within banks, companies, law firms or accounting firms, ideally with international exposure.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, corporate law, and financial regulations.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong drafting, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, particularly with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
