We are seeking a Quality Assurance Operations Specialist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. in Monza, Province of Monza and Brianza, Italy. As a world-class leader in serving science, we are dedicated to making a difference in the world by helping customers find cures for cancer, protecting the environment, ensuring food safety, and delivering COVID-19 solutions.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of quality assurance processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assess commercial product releases for compliance with specifications
- Investigate and identify root causes of process deviations
- Manage customer complaints and identify appropriate corrective and preventive actions
- Support in the preparation and management of customer and regulatory audits
- Operate in strict adherence to quality standards and company policies
Requirements:
- Degree in CTF, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific field, or equivalent experience in the same domains.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical production and quality control
- Familiarity with GMP/FDA regulations
- Proficiency in written and spoken Italian and English
- Strong teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal skills
