Facility Specialist

Within the General Services Department, the resource will have the opportunity to provide support in the management of real estate assets.

How will you make an impact? You will:

• Receive fault reports and requests from the relevant offices
• Organize ordinary and extraordinary maintenance by defining priorities and activating suppliers
• Perform root cause analysis to diagnose any problems and implement corrective actions and preventive measures
• Manage relationships with external suppliers by verifying the correct performance of maintenance activities and the quality of interventions and services carried out
• Carry out correct registration of costs
• Develop a report on management results
• Manage and organize the technical documentation (plans, declaration of conformity of systems, CPI, periodic checks on the ground system, etc.)
• Manage the execution of the relevant contracts, ensuring the monitoring of the required service levels and related obligations
• Coordinate projects related to the improvement of work environments or production needs

• Technical qualifications, e.g. Mechanical, Electronics, Environmental Engineering or equivalent are preferred
• Previous experience in similar roles
• Problem solver and team player
• Italian and English fluent
• Knowledge of the Windows operating system and the Microsoft Office package
• Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD or other) preferred
• Knowledge of management systems (ISO 9001 ; ISO 14001 ; OHSAS 18001) preferable
