RINA is currently recruiting for a RINA Consulting Business Analyst to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Consulting Planning, Monitoring & Business Support Division.

Mission

• Strategic Development: Shape and implement strategic plans to drive business success.
• Goal Integration: Support the planning and integration of goals and metrics for commercial, operational, quality, technical, and financial objectives.
• Performance Enhancement: Support in the identification and resolution of performance gaps to achieve business targets.
• Operational Efficiency: Support initiatives to optimize revenues, margins, costs, invoicing, and cash flow.
• Sales & Project Management: Support operational units in executing sales, project management, and procurement processes.
• Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify issues, their root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Back Office Supervision: Oversee contract management, invoicing, and credit collection activities.
• Global Collaboration: Facilitate smooth operations through collaboration with Global Functions.

• 1-2 years in similar roles with a focus on Business Controlling and Reporting.
• Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
• Preferably proficient in reporting tools and applications (e.g., Qlik View, Power BI).
