O&M Manager

Tailor&Fox – your HR Business Partner - for a Multinational that operates in the photovoltaic sector -, to strengthen its internal structure, has asked us to search for the following professional profile:

O&M MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the O&M department team, you will be responsible for a certain number of assets and you will report to your immediate manager. Your duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Incident and Action management including update of asset management platform and incident report with special attention to failures and shortfall that may lead to production loss including an economic impact assessment.
• Drafting monthly and quarterly KPI and incident narrative report.
• Reviewing O&M report to assess the treatment of incidents in their report that may have affected the performance of the plant. Regular meeting with operators to review performance.
• Supervising O&M contractor compliance with all the preventive maintenance plant activities, including the delivery of monthly report.
• Supervising O&M contractor’s corrective maintenance measures and confirming that such measures have been caried out in compliance with the O&M contract.
• Calculating contractual PR and/or availability values according to contractual procedures, with evaluation of internal and external events affecting performance.
• Perform site visit and drafting punch lists arising from these visits;

• Languages: English essential
• Energy Engineering degree or similar
• Software: Microsoft Package at least. Autocad, PVSyst would be an asset
• Analytical skill and special attention to details;
• Flexibility and ability to manage schedules
