Job Summary:For our Crew Training Department in Verona, we are seeking a motivated person, willing to actively contribute to the development of a dynamic and rapidly evolving sector like the aviation industry.
The ideal candidate possess excellent organizational and teamwork skills and is able to manage activities with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
Main Responsibilities:Support NPCT, NPCT Assistants and training managers for pilots and cabin crew, both operationally and for administrative tasks
Support all necessary checks of Training Records (Training Reports and Training Folders), verifying the documentations and reporting any possible related issue.
Coordination with Crew Planning Department and Ops Support Department for managing the training calendar and activities
Operational collaboration with Safety and Flight Operations departments for all training activities
Active support in managing and monitoring projects within the Training Department, including all projects with the Lufthansa Group Teams
Creation, updating and monitoring of briefings and online courses (WBT – SCORM)
Supervision of course completion (OCC, CTC, Qualification) and issuance of related certificates
Management of digital training platforms (eFile, SharePoint) and databases
Collection and analysis of feedbacks related to training sessions
Activities: Under the supervision of instructors, taking part in training flights as an observer both in cockpit and cabin
Attendance to flight simulator sessions to fully understand training dynamicsInitial training on basic regulations, OM-D and documentation management via eFile
Mentorship with internal tutors, both for pilots and cabin crew
Requirements: Passion for the aviation industry
Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proficiency in English
Organized, autonomous and flexible person, capable of adapting to dynamic contexts
In possess of basic analytical skills to interpret training and process-related data and information
Good cross-functional and teamwork skills, ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Proactivity and problem-solving attitude
Additional / Advantageous Skills: Basic knowledge of the EASA regulatory framework
Basic skills in process and project managementInterest or experience in process digitization (automation, workflows, system integration, data management)
Use of data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)
