Business Analyst
For expansion and staff strengthening of the Rome office, we are looking for profiles to be included in the role of Business Analyst.
People will be placed at Clients of primary importance in the Italian healthcare sector, with the constant support of senior consultants and reference managers.
Main responsibilities:Analyzing, re-engineering processes and supporting the Client in the eventual governance of the implementation of Information Systems, according to industry best practices, in order to ensure proper application coverage of business processes; Collection, definition and documentation of functional requirements of IT tools and technology architectures supporting business processes; Drafting and execution of organizational Change Enablement plans; Project Management activities and monitoring of project progress.
What you need to apply:Experience in management consulting or systems integration company of 2 to 5 years; Experience in information systems implementation of at least 1 year; Ability to manage relationships with different types of stakeholders; Strong interest in Management Consulting, business process analysis and/or Organizational Review; Good knowledge of both spoken and written English.
The profile is completed by: previous experience as an applied business analyst in the field of Healthcare (e.g., control and verification of data flows of the National Health System; analysis of processes and procedures for the compilation of flows), excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, precision, organizational autonomy and a strong orientation towards team working and achievement of results.
