NPR Industrialization Project Manager
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible to transfer new products and major product or process changes from engineering to serial production Manages all industrialization related activites within in the product development, which includes prototyping, process planning, process validation and production scale up Managing an interdisciplinary project team consisting of process, equipment and test system engineers, ERP/MES architects, supply chain management, purchasing, quality and facility management Responsible for planning, executing and controlling the industrialization project within the designated timeline and budget, including project reporting and stakeholder management Coordination of process planning, which includes definition of the value stream (process, material and information flow), PFMEA/control plan, specification and selection of assembly and test equipment and planning of production layout / infrastructure Coordination of process validation and production scale up which includes installation of infrastructure, production and test equipment, setup & verification of software and production master data, HSE assessment, production of prototypes & pre-series samples and preparation of phase over to serial production Definition of project related industrialization requirements like design for manufacturing, design for service and design for reliability Participation in change board meetings to identify and take over major changes to be executed within NPI Core team member in product development project as main interface to development project manager for all industrialization activities YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar field 5+ years of professional experience as a project manager of medium to large projects 3+ years of professional experience in ramp-up management Several years of professional experience in dealing with ERP (SAP or AP+) and MES systems Certification in project management is an advantage (PMI or IPMA) Confident handling of project management software (MS Project and Jira) Experience in Lean Management and Six Sigma (certification is an advantage) Experience with automotive core tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D, etc.) OUR COMMITMENT Innovative working environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future sector of e-mobility Career opportunities in a growing company A wide range of further training opportunities Attractive bonus system and performance-related remuneration Additional Company Benefits SHAPING THE FUTURE, TOGETHER!
