Reporting to: International Sales DirectorActions
OutcomesAcquire local knowledge of regional requirements
Educated market approach.Identify potential new markets and install new distributors (in coordination with the International Director)
Bring new specifications to new markets in the regions.Visit distributors and key specifiers and keep regular contact
Improved relationships. Brand awareness. Train Distributor personnel
Benefits as above but also maximises our networking potentialSupport implementation of the strategy of the company. Identify potential needs for support (i.e. marketing, technical etc)
Increased distributor motivation. Influence of distributor's market approach.Identify project opportunities, identify interaction of specifiers and contractors
Prioritised shortlist of potential projects.Initiate and track progress of all specifications by visit and/or telephone, recording outcome in CRM
Increased specifications.

Essential
DesirableEducation & Qualifications
The basic academic of professional qualifications accepted
Structural, Civil or Mechanical Engineering HNC or equivalent
English and Italian, language fluent, spoken, reading and writing.
DegreeExperience
