[rif. p03543601] Italian Payroll and Implementation Specialist

In this operational capacity, the person in this position will ensure the accuracy of payroll and payroll-related information for internal and SSAE 16 audits, in addition to processing payrolls following all established statutory requirements and internal processes.

"The Italian Payroll and Implementation Specialist will be responsible for operational implementation of new payrolls and processing of the payrolls along with other existing CloudPay resources and able to work collaboratively with the CloudPay global payroll operations team."

• Partner with Implementation C onsultants to ensure new payrolls are implemented onto the local payroll engine and CloudPay platform

• Meet with customers remotely to discuss requirements and implementation questions during the implementation cycle
• Ensure successful knowledge transfers are completed between Project Delivery and Payroll Operations - Importing data, collecting the necessary information for an ideal configuration of the software and personalizing the application to make it as efficient as possible according to the needs of the customer
• Providing customer support and training users
• Supporting the Payroll and Sales Teams with technical questions

• Research discrepancies in payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures
• Prepare reports, tax filings, correspondence and other written materials for compliance with statutory authorities
• Deliver payroll accurately and provide timely payment of employee salaries on time in line with client service level agreements and expectations
• Prepare and submit statutory declarations for authorities
