Mission
The SOIP Manager (Sales Operation Inventory Planning) leads and facilitates the tactical (18 months) and strategic(5 years) balancing demand / production-supply / stock process of his/her BU Sales & Operations Planning
(S&OP). He/she coordinates the different players who contribute to this process and ensures that the actions are
executed and that the expected data are consistent.
MAIN ACTIVITIES- Analyze past sales and build the BU's demand plan in collaboration with marketing and sales; have it validated by
load/capacity balancing on mid-term (S&OP) and short-term (MPS-Master Planning Scheduler) horizons).
- Deploy the deliverables of the S&OP (demand, internal capacity, external load, stocks) to the entities concerned
- Ensure the update of the demand (customer and internal forecast) in the operating systems; be the contact for all
- Participate in the different milestones of product development and/or transfer studies
- Ensure the correct parameterization of the operating systems: shipping warehouse, p/n class, (including
- Animate the review of the class with marketing, challenge proposals by conducting quarterly reviews of past sales
- Supervise, manage and animate the resources of the cross-functional SCM teams (PFEP analyst (Plan For Every
Part) and customer forecast assistant) of the site and participate in the development of their skills
Profile
Qualifications- Degree (Engineering/Management) ;
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management;
- Experience with SAP, Qlik, Colibri;
- PC/Office Suite literate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Italian & English);
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work;
- A ''Team-Player'' attitude.
