Equipment Engineering Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and enhance a high-performing Equipment Engineering team. Continuously analyse the performance of equipments and test systems. Specify equipment and test sytems for production, process and quality reliability. Support the validation of the equipment and test system development (SW & HW).
Create and send for release the investment request documents. Introduce, track, and optimize KPIs such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Plan and track the entire equipment realization and commissioning process. Ramp up and stabilize the usage of Equipment and Test Sytems in production.
Collaborate closely with R&D, laboratory, and production teams. Delegate representatives to production departments (Matrix structure). YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical education. 7+ years of electromechanical systems production experience, with 5+ years in Equipment Engineering.
Proficient in project management for electromechanical systems. Strong leadership, team management, communication, reliability, and task delegation skills. Deep understanding of electromechanical manufacturing processes, including electronic components, assemblies, and procedures.
Excellent knowledgeable in Lean principles and continuous improvement processes. Experience in quality management, including ISO 9001 standards, quality control procedures and tools, implementation of quality initiatives such as 8-D Reports, Process FMEA, and OEE methodologies.
Fluent in English; basic proficiency in German or Italian.
