Our client is an industrial manufacturing multinational company, among the global leaders in its reference sector. To support the growth of the finance department, we have been entrusted with the search for an Accounting & Financial Controller for the Italian branch.
Il tuo nuovo ruolo
The eligible candidate, reporting to the Director of Finance, will carry out activities such as:
Financial Reporting and Analysis- Accurate and timely monthly closure for P&L, Balance Sheet and related Financial Statements for a portfolio of subsidiaries;
- Monthly variance Analysis;
- Monthly P&L by product line;
- Support calculation of percentage of completion revenue at month's end;
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making;
- Support the annual budgeting process for a portfolio of subsidiaries;
- Prepare and review forecasts and variance analysis (P&L and Working capital);
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed;
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations;
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies;
- Review costs for ETO projects on a monthly basis and conduct final cost reviews after project completion;
- Support Operations and Plant Managers in monitoring production efficiency;
- Support and manage relationships with External Parties for Sustainability Report;
- Support and manage relationships with External Parties for Transfer Pricing purposes;
Additionally, you will support the administrative and accounting team on regulatory and tax matters.
Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo- Finance/Accounting/Economics BA/BS degree;
- 2-4 years experience in Audit/Advisory practices or other similar position within the manufacturing sector;
- IFRS and Italian GAAP Accounting knowledge;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Fluent in English (B2 and above);
- Strong organizational and analytical skills;
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
