Paid Media Specialist Team
Within the broader strategic department, the candidate will join the Paid Media team, which is responsible for planning and strategically managing campaigns across major digital touchpoints: Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Twitter, with the goal of achieving clients' specific objectives (from awareness to conversion).
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Media Specialist who will report directly to the Media Manager. Their role will be to support the Media department in executing media plans by creating and optimizing campaigns across key digital channels.
What does the Paid Media Specialist- Budget allocation and operational management of social media campaigns.
- Daily reporting and budget management, monitoring the alignment between budget and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Estimation and analysis of media campaign results.
- Support for the Media Manager in campaign consulting, strategic planning, and campaign implementation.
- Development of paid media strategies and campaigns across various platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
- Ongoing campaign management, meeting deadlines to fulfill client needs.
- Analysis of campaign performance against objectives.
- Recommendation of necessary optimizations to the Media Manager to ensure proper campaign performance and goal achievement.
- Management of the budgeting for assigned campaigns.
- A minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in similar or equivalent roles
- Passion and interest in the paid media world.
- Previous experience in similar roles within creative or media agencies.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their advertising formats.
- Understanding of key social media metrics.
- Analytical and strategic mindset: ability to think creatively and identify new trends and opportunities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Well-organized, efficient, and capable of meeting strict deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VBA knowledge is desirable).
- Fluent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
