Sales Associate

We are looking for a Sales Associate with a strong affinity to the luxury sector in our Buccellati boutique in Venice.

How will you make an impact? You will:

• Strive to achieve boutique and personal sales targets with active participation in the daily sales process
• Develop sales initiatives incl. high price item sales activities
• Greet, serve and advise clients, giving the best service possible at all times while introducing additional and alternative sales, giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
• Be responsible for processing cash and card payments, balancing cash registers with receipts
• Receive and store the delivery of large amounts of stock
• Stock shelves with merchandise

• Fluent in Italian,English.The knowledge of another language is a plus
• Previous experience in the luxury retail industry in a sales function will be considered a plus
• Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Result and action oriented with strong selling skills
• Team player with good interpersonal competences and empathy
• Curious and self-motivated, with excellent customer service mindset
• Strong attention to details with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
