For the production plant of FIAMM Energy Technology we are looking for a HSE di Plant - Seveso Specialist.

The resource will be responsible for:

• Collaborate with the RSPP in the implementation and updating of the risk assessment, the company safety management system, the promotion and control of the related implementation SEVESO program;
• identify and manage all aspects relating to the safety of personnel present in the company;
• Follow, at the documentary level, all activities related to the maintenance of SEVESO system;
• inform and train workers on the risks of their work, as well as on everything they need to know to prevent them and solve related problems
• manage mandatory training;
• inspections and checks of compliance with prevention and protection measures;
• practically coordinate the activity relating to waste management

The ideal candidate has the following skills/knowledge:

• Experience of at least 3 years in similar roles; it is considered preferential to have gained experience in structured engineering companies;
• Excellent knowledge of ISO standards and SEVESO regulamentation;
• Operational management of the environmental problems of a complex and articulated production plant;
• Excellent relational skills, teamwork and organizational autonomy;
• Excellent knowledge of office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Outlook email.
