Now, due to our fast international expansion, we are seeking a Commerciale Interno (Onsite) for our Sales branch in Castellazzo Bormida (AL), Italy.
Pay: €25,000.00 - €32,000.00 per year

Now, due to our fast international expansion, we are seeking a Commerciale Interno (Onsite) for our Sales branch in Castellazzo Bormida (AL), Italy.
You will act as a BDR, working to grow and maintain our portfolio of customers, searching for new business opportunities and analysing the market context.
The main tasks and responsibilities for this role are:
- Understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective sales solutions.
- Open new customer accounts within the assigned areas, keep existing customer accounts, and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Carry out follow-up for contacts, quotations, sales quotes…
- Prospection and cold calling.
- Market analysis, customer account research, and contact/lead creation.
- Monitoring, attention, advice, and after-sales service.
- Fill in the CRM (Salesforce) with all your commercial efforts.
- Report to the Sales Manager.
- Other sales tasks.
The essential requirements for this role are:
- Bachelor's Degree preferable (Business Administration, Engineering, Chemical, Science, Commerce, Economics, or similar are accepted).
- B2B Sales experience from 1 to 2 years at the minimum.
- Minimum B2 English level.
- Ability to identify, qualify, and close sales accounts.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to work in an onsite job position and in small teams.
