Regional sales manager – mea

Responsibilities include visiting dealers and agents, communicating sales goals and expectations, and gathering information about their target customers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan for achieving individual and divisional targets in alignment with company strategies and policies.
• Increase regional sales volume to its maximum potential.
• Develop and review long- and short-term sales strategies.
• Create field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of regional sales programs.
• Document customer interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts, and partners.
• Provide necessary support to dealers and partners to help them generate market leads and close new deals.

IDEAL PROFILE:

• Proven sales experience within the healthcare industry (additional experience in cleanroom and workspace is welcomed).
• Experience in modular prefabrication and hospital infrastructures is welcomed.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and strategic prospecting skills.
• Flexible approach.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
• Home-office-based within the MEA region, ideally in Saudi Arabia.
