Job role:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Resourcing Specialist - Cybersecurity to join our Payments Compliance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting capacity planning, resource management, project allocation, and reporting.
This position requires close collaboration with the Practice Manager and other stakeholders to ensure the effective utilization of resources, support project planning, and provide insights through forecasting and reporting. The role is essential for helping the department maintain efficiency and successfully meet project deadlines while staying compliant with regulatory requirements.

Provide administrative and logistical support to the Practice Manager by coordinating meetings, tracking project progress, and assisting in any other relevant activities that contribute to the smooth running of the Payments Compliance department.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in resource management, capacity planning, or project coordination, preferably within a compliance, financial services
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in using tools such as Excel or similar reporting software is required.
- Experience in resource allocation and project planning methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both English written and verbal, with the ability to interact and collaborate with team members and leadership at various levels.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively identify issues and offer solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice to have - Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks in the payments industry is a strong plus.
- Nice to have - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
