Randstad Italy SpA is seeking a Junior Sales Specialist for a prestigious multinational company

in the Telecommunications sector.

Location: Milan

involve overseeing sales projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Targets: Set annual sales and revenue goals, organize them into actionable targets, and track progress to ensure goals are met. Perform routine sales management, including data analysis, reporting, and meetings.
• Sales Pipeline & Forecasting: Manage the sales pipeline and key projects, track order and revenue forecasts, and provide progress updates and risk assessments to support business decisions.
• Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of sales projects, from initiation to completion. Address any issues that arise, coordinate resources, and ensure project milestones are met, improving overall project performance.
• Sales Processes: Improve and enforce sales management processes and regulations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and the law.
