Senior Enterprise Architecture Consultant
HSPI S.p.A., a company of the TXT Group, is seeking new resources to join its team as Senior Enterprise Architecture Consultants to expand and strengthen its workforce at the Rome office.
The selected candidate will work in a hybrid mode and will be engaged with leading clients on both the national and international stage.
Main Responsibilities:Analysis and re-engineering of IT and business processes with a view to continuous improvement; Assessment of the application fleet to define the "Cloud Readiness" and prioritize the migration; Supervision of Cloud migration projects, planning of activities; Analysis of the costs and benefits of migrating the various applications to the Cloud; Analysis of the different public and private cloud solutions available, evaluating their strengths and weaknesses.
Requirements:At least 3 years of experience in the role, preferably in consulting firms; Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture processes and experience in defining architectures; Knowledge of Cloud architectures and services of the main market players (Microsoft, Amazon, Google,..); Experience in Cloud migration projects; Knowledge of the concepts underlying modern Data Platforms, Big Data and Cloud Data Architecture paradigms; Ability to understand customer requirements and needs and identify solutions that can address them.
Soft skills:Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.
Strong aptitude for coordinating Junior resources, with a focus on fostering the team's professional growth.
High organizational autonomy, goal-oriented mindset, and proactive approach.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree in STEM disciplines (Economics, Engineering, Computer Science and Mathematics).
