RoleObjective:Manageandoptimizethe performanceof a portfolioof real estateassets,maximizingassetvalueandensuringregulatory compliance.KeyResponsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the properties, including leasing, maintenance, and contract management.
• Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize return on investment.
• Monitor property performance, analyzing financial and operational data.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio improvement and optimization.
• Manage relationships with tenants, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets for the properties.
• Analyze financial statements and asset performance.
• Perform financial projections and feasibility analyses for new investments or development projects.
• Monitor expenses and identify cost reduction opportunities.

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Real Estate
• Proven experience in real estate asset management.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry regulations.
• Financial analysis and budgeting skills. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Project management and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of real estate management software and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
