Tailor&Fox - your HR Business Partner - for A Multinational that operates in the photovoltaic sector -, to strengthen its internal structure, has asked us to search for the following professional profile:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop a Greenfield portfolio in accordance with the budgeted volume and with the input parameters
• Manage legal, technical, and administrative tasks with support from internal and external teams
• Review and finalize contracts, including co-development agreements, land lease/purchase agreements
• Supervise/execute the whole permitting process until the granting of the Final Authorization, including the connection works and liaison with grid operators

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years minimum of proven experience in development of utility scale raw land PV plants in Italy
• Strong knowledge of the greenfield development process, including connection works and liaison with the grid operator
• Proficiency in financial modelling
• Superior communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills demonstrated by clear and effective project plans and executive level reporting to ensure timely action and decision making in time-pressured scenarios
• Languages: English essential – Fluency in French would be an asset
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field
