Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will support product marketing strategies in line with global products and solutions strategy to meet business objectives. Starting from a deep technical knowledge of products (Drives and PLC), solutions and applications, implements mar-keting activities and supports Sales Organization to successfully deliver segment-specific and application-specific value proposition to the market.
In this role you will:Provides support in defining the customer value proposition and communicates it to the target segments, both internal and external
- Drives sales efficiency by ensuring every salesperson possesses appropriate knowledge of the existing value proposition and offering
- Provides support in the production of technical and promotional material for market development
- Competitor products and solution analysis, understanding key differentiation points and long-term trends
- Tracks and provides management with market research and analysis results, informing them of
- Shares product-related and market-related information within the organization, through relevant presentations, dashboards etc.
- Supports annual marketing & communication plan development and execution, ensuring consistency between business needs and marketing activities
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in industrial automation
- Degree in Automation Engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of Industrial Automation Products, with a specific focus on Drives, Motors and PLC products
- Knowledge of B2B marketing in an international and multi-channel environment
- Strategic thinking and customer focus
- Personal leadership and strong result orientation.
- Strong ability to relate to all stakeholders, internally and externally
- A solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
