Our production platform centres around five countries including Italy, Poland, Mexico and China and makes us the outright leaders in the world in the sector of hoods and among the leaders in Europe in the design, production and distribution of electric motors for hoods and heating system boilers.

Posizione

We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Junior HR Training Specialist (Internship).

THE IMPACT:

He/She will support planning and management of training plans, in line with the company strategy and training needs of all departments.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Collect Training needs according to HR Managers and Line Managers, supporting them by identifying the most efficient training paths;
  • Support the creation of the training budget, by integrating the training needs collected from the business with the one from people strategy;
  • Identify, throught scouting activities, innovative training and new training partners;
  • Plan and organize training courses;
  • Prepare the didactic material for the training courses (records, facilities booking, ecc..);
  • Monitor the training courses through feedback forms;
  • Store all informations (didactic materials, attendance, ecc..) in Success Factors LMS;
  • Support the Onboarding process and the EHS training.
Requisiti
  • Master’s degree in Business, Law or Psychology. Master in Human Resources Management will be considered a plus;
  • Professional working proficiency in both Italian and English are a must-have;
  • Previous experience (such as curricular internship or thesis) in HR will be considered a plus;
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems will be considered a plus;
  • Precision, excellent communication and interpersonal skills will complete the profile.
