Customer & Sales Support Manager Export (f/m/d) Loacker is looking for an enthusiastic manager, committed to customer satisfaction, people lead and with passion for improvements. You are responsible for the development, continuous improvement and delivery of a high standard of customer & sales support, together with the team, which cares about our international partners worldwide.
Your Tasks Empower and Engage the Customer & Sales Support team (9 people) Responsible for delivering excellent services Responsible for relationship management with international distribution partners Strategic development of process and technology, to deliver key service outcomes, proactive driver for change and digitalization Finalize automation of order to cash operations and activate inside sales team Execution, support and implementation of long-term projects Ensure transparent and efficient flow of information between external and internal customers Identification and lead of continuous improvement projects Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Your profile Ideally 5-10 years of professional experience in customer service Leadership, management skills, enthusiasm and positive thinking Hands on mentality, high and tenacious goal- and output-orientation Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and strong attention to detail Excellent communication, negotiation as well as networking skills Experience in international business environment with the capability of handling different cultures Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas Computer skills including MS Office programs, SAP, CRM (preferred Dynamics), document management (SharePoint) and BI Language skills: Fluent English is a must, German or Italian nice to have What we offer Exciting role with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities Highly motivated team Structured onboarding plan that enables our new employees to join the company quickly and successfully Fun at work, a friendly, collegial relationships at eye level, as well as the commitment to common goals A family-owned, international company that cares about people and planet Work location in Bolzano with opportunities for home office Location: Bozen/Bolzano Does this sound like you?
