The Challenge
Europe is facing lot of regulatory changes. In the next 3 to 5 years we'll see landing many of the Green Deal related laws that will modify the entire regulatory landscape with big impact on products.Regulatory Affairs is now more than ever called to drive the Company out of this storm.
So, we are looking for a brilliant and passionate Regulatory Affairs Specialist to drive the change and support the function to achieve its goals.This is a chance to deep dive in Regulatory Affairs world and help us in finding ways to survive in such hard times.
What you will do- Manage internal (marketing, legal, R&D) and external (regulatory consultants) stakeholders on all initiatives and projects related to the function
- Manage claims discussion, AW approval, regulatory evaluation of new prototypes/projects for our categories (Fabric&Home Care, Medical Device) globally (EU and extra-EU)
- Support the Regulatory Affairs Manager in evaluating upcoming regulation and defining company impact.
Requisiti:
What you need to succeed- Technical background (Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical engineering...)
- Minimum 3 year’s experience in Regulatory Affairs, ideally in FMCG industry
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Italian
- Can do" attitude, curiosity and teamwork oriented
- Attitude with data analysis
- Data driven, with strong analytic and problem-solving skills and ability to organize and analyze data
- Good communication and relationship building skills
- Enthusiasm, drive & determination
