For a leading international company, operating in the Financial Services sector, we are seeking an HR Director to lead the organization’s development and transformation, promoting a culture focused on growth and innovation.

Working closely with top management, the HR Director will be responsible for the following activities:

• Develop HR strategies that support organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and internal growth;
• Align HR initiatives with corporate goals and budgeting processes;
• Promote employee training and well-being, ensuring a safe and inclusive work environment;
• Optimize company policies, ensuring compliance with regulations;
• Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent;
• Oversee corporate communications and ensure proper brand usage.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or a related field;
• At least 8-10 years of experience in senior HR roles, preferably in international environments;
• Strong knowledge of labour regulations and strategic planning skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high ethical standards, and confidentiality;
• Basic marketing and communication skills;
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal skills.
