Sales Representative North of Italy

Our client has 3 complementary areas of expertise: ENGINEERING, MAINTENANCE and CONTROL. The person we are looking for, will directly report to the Global International Sales Manager based in France.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their evolving needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the engineering, electrical material distribution, and related industries.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and control divisions, to ensure a seamless delivery of our services.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to senior management and clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and ensure market leadership.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sales agreements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective goals.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

• Technical diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• 7 to 10 years of experience in a sales management role within engineering or electrical material distribution industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of engineering solutions, maintenance services, and control systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English is required, French language skills are a plus.
