We are currently seeking an Intern for the Human Resources Department at CAREL HQs in Brugine (Padova).
The candidate will work in the Group HR Controlling team, supported by a company tutor, and will be involved in activities such as:
- Group HR Dashboards and KPIs
- HR Information Systems evolution project
- Group HR controlling and reporting (planning and controlling activities)
- Sustainability reporting
- Participation in HR special projects
- 4-6 months internship availability
- Fluent English
- Team working skills
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Good proficiency in Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Work-life balance: remote working and flexitime.
- On-boarding program and continuing training.
