We are currently seeking an Intern for the Human Resources Department at CAREL HQs in Brugine (Padova).

The candidate will work in the Group HR Controlling team, supported by a company tutor, and will be involved in activities such as:

  • Group HR Dashboards and KPIs
  • HR Information Systems evolution project
  • Group HR controlling and reporting (planning and controlling activities)
  • Sustainability reporting
  • Participation in HR special projects
  • 4-6 months internship availability
  • Fluent English
  • Team working skills
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
  • Good proficiency in Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills
