Berghoferin Fine Hotel & Hideaway is seeking a talented and passionate professional with a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver sophisticated, guest-oriented service. We are looking for someone who shares our dedication to maintaining the highest standards of excellence and providing impeccable, personalized service that exceeds guest expectations.
The ideal candidate will bring at least some experience in a similar role and be eager to immerse themselves in the unique style and philosophy of our hotel, with a strong willingness to learn and grow within our distinctive environment.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing consistently exemplary service and embodying our ethos of highly individual, discreet, and engaging service to all guests
Welcoming guests, escorting them to their preferred or reserved table, and accompanying them after lunch or dinner to bid them farewell
Communicating the details of the menu and beverages/wine with clarity and confidence.
Ensuring a smooth, efficient, and service-focused operation, delivering an exceptional dining experience that creates lasting memories
Maintaining all F&B areas (front and back of house) and equipment to the highest standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and safety
Ensuring immaculate personal presentation and a well-groomed appearance at all times
