Product Marketing & CRM Coordinator

For our Milan HQ, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Marketing & CRM Coordinator to join our dynamic Global Marketing team. The candidate will report to the Global Marketing Director with the support of a Specialist. The resource will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of product marketing strategies while managing customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives.
This role will play a crucial part in driving product awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and contributing to the overall success of our Marketing efforts.
Do you match this profile?- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, CRM management, or a similar role, preferably in the luxury business.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools.
- Fluency in Italian and English is compulsory
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and product promotion.

What do we expect from you?
PRODUCT MARKETING SUPPORT- Assist in the development and execution of strategic product marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, production, sales, and communication) to ensure cohesive product launch and promotional activities.
- Perform quarterly business review on product performances (by collection, category, etc.) using PowerBI and PowerPoint.
- Manage the PIM/DAM system, the Digital Catalogue and the website Catalogue.
- Create engaging presentations and promotional materials that effectively communicate product features.
- Maintain and optimize the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and effective customer segmentation.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies that enhance customer interactions and drive engagement across multiple channels.
- Monitor and report on CRM metrics, including lead generation, customer retention, and engagement rates, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Support the creation and execution of targeted email marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives.
- Assist in managing marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring timelines and track project deliverables, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments, ensuring alignment on product initiatives and customer engagement strategies.
- Coordinate internal communications related to product launches and updates, ensuring all team members are informed and prepared.
