We seek an individual with a passion for HR and Compliance topics, who is eager to collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders and external partners worldwide on multi-year training initiatives that extend beyond the realm of HR. Specifically, administer, maintain, and ensure effective Compliance Training and Awareness programs at a Group Level in close collaboration with those Departments identified and impacted by the Risk Compliance Matrix will be the main responsibility of the Compliance Training Coordinator.
The job location is Milan (MI).
Main Responsibilities: Develop, promote, consult, curate, and communicate on Compliance and SOX learning, awareness programs/pathways in collaboration with HR, Group Counsel, Internal Audit, ICT, Finance, Sustainability COO and Subsidiaries.Provide consulting guidance to those Departments identified and impacted by the Risk Compliance Matrix about how to leverage the Learning Management System (LMS) for training and awareness campaigns supporting the business requirements, including assistance in defining Compliance contents and related delivery / distribution methods.
Lead all administrative aspects of the Learning Management internal and external Systems for Group Compliance Training contents. Responsible for maintaining and updating LMS inventories (Group Compliance Course Catalogue and relevant Compliance Policies).
Develop and track Compliance Training dashboards and reporting at a Group level. Contribute to new and existing program enhancements through administration of reporting, scheduling, learner support, and enrolment coordination. Provide project management support including workplans and timelines, preparing status reports and ensuring project status is communicated to the proper stakeholders.
Plan and organise employee in-person trainings and awareness sessions acting as liaison between the Compliance function and the Zegna Group organization. Develop engaging compliance communications (in collaboration with the Internal Communication Department) and educational material to reinforce awareness.
Here are some experiences/skills that we are looking for: At least 2 years of experience in a Training role Previous experience in LMS platform management (Moodle, Docebo, Cornerstone, SkillSoft strongly preferred). University Master’s degree in Education or Business Administration or HR Management Fluent English, other languages a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational and time-management abilities Good command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across the organisation with various stakeholders Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
