What makes you, makes Zegna
As Head of Client Engagement, you will be responsible for acquiring and nurturing high-value clients, elevating their brand experience, and developing innovative loyalty strategies. By forging strategic partnerships, orchestrating exclusive events, and enhancing in-store experiences, you will play a pivotal role in the luxury brand’s positioning and driving growth within the high-end client segment across Europe.
What makes up your day:Accelerate the acquisition and engagement of high-end clients through strategic partnerships and a strong network within the European market. Develop exclusive partnerships with luxury service providers, including travel agencies, hotels, and concierge services, to enhance client engagement.
Design and implement tailored engagement strategies to foster loyalty and increase brand affinity among top clients in collaboration with the Marketing and CVM Director. Curate and host bespoke experiences that highlight the brand’s values and craftsmanship, both in-store and at exclusive events.
Monitor key client development KPIs and support stores with reporting and actionable growth strategies. Host top clients and prospects at local and international brand events, showcasing the brand's exclusivity. Lead the execution of high-end retail activations and personalized gifting programs to create memorable client moments.
Develop and implement initiatives to create memorable client moments in-store. Partner with Retail and Training teams to elevate hosting experiences and ensure consistent excellence in client interactions.
