We are searching for a Global Marketing Director to join our company. The resource will have the following responsibilities:

- Consumer Insights:
Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and preferences. Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:
- Bachelor- or Master degree in business relevant field, preferably MBA from recognized institution;
- 5 - 7 years of Marketing experience in a global, or European context for durable lifestyle consumer goods, ideally sporting goods;
- Digital brand building: experience and track record in activating innovative digital consumer marketing channel;
- Has led teams directly as well as indirectly (via dotted line) in complex organizations;
- English and Italian (both fluent), preferably third European language;
- MS office, SAP, Salesforce;
- Influential leadership to create commitment among peers and teams, and drive the Group to the ‘next step’;
- Digital commerce and marketing mechanics; ideally grew up as digital marketing native;
- Negotiation Skills with B2B partners;
- Effective communication and influencing in a multi-stakeholder, international matrix environment; Strategic, fact-based mindset coupled with hands-on, sleeves-up mentality;
