DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:
We are looking for a JUNIOR HR CONTROLLING AND COMP&BEN SPECIALIST to join the HR Team in supporting the analysis, management and optimisation of the company's remuneration and benefits policies. The objective of the role is to ensure a fair, competitive remuneration system aligned to company strategies, as well as to promote employee welfare through incentive and welfare programmes.
The role requires a strong analytical orientation, precision in data management and the ability to support the team in ensuring the effectiveness of compensation policies.
KEY CHALLENGES:
- Support in the collection, processing and analysis of data relating to remuneration, incentives and company benefits
- Support in the preparation of periodical reports for monitoring and optimising personnel costs
- Support in the management and updating of Compensation & Benefits policies
- Support the team in the realisation of remuneration benchmarks and analysis of market trends
- Support in the management of Short-Term Incentive Plan and Salary Review processes
- Working with the HR team to ensure effective internal communication on Compensation & Benefits issues
- Update and manage data in the company management system
- Support in the creation of dashboards and data analysis tools to improve the monitoring of remuneration dynamics
- Support the team in interpreting HR KPIs related to personnel costs and benefits management
- Support in the development of projects aimed at improving and optimising remuneration and incentive solutions
- Support in the analysis and monitoring of the company's remuneration structures, with the preparation of reports to support strategic compensation decisions
CORE COMPETENCIES:
- Degree or university in progress in economics, statistics or related fields
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and analytical skills
- Interest in Compensation & Benefits and personnel management topics
- Proactivity and problem solving
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
- Accuracy and attention to detail in data processing and interpretation
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY:
- Good knowledge of Italian
- Good knowledge of English
- Spanish nice to have
