We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community.
Reports to: Night Manager to-day operations in achieving and exceeding the hotel's objectives in terms of guest satisfaction and quality assurance.
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Deal with all Front Office operations (check in; check out; escorting; cashier operations; guests’ care) according to Belmond policies, procedures and compliance with our code of conduct.
- Daily closure, cashier check for all hotel venues, accounting reports, posting control, providing data to statistics and local government institutions.
- Assist with all guest’s requests.
- Handle emergencies according to procedures.
- Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred
- Previous work experience in the same position in 5 stars hotels
- Knowledge of hotel management software such as Infor HMS or others, Microsoft suite
- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally

We offer a seasonal labor contract in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (C.C.N.L.) for the Tourism Sector - Level 4, Night Auditor.

Compensation:
- Monthly gross salary € 1,800 + night shift allowances Separate payslips for the 13th and 14th months' salaries and severance pay (TFR)
