We’re currently looking for a Business Development Representative to join our busy Sales team in our Milan office.
The role
The Business Development Representative will be in charge of generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
The Business Development Representative will:
- Support the omnichannel outbound prospecting (through the use of Outreach and Salesforce): most of our prospects tend to answer their phone!
- Treat inbound leads coming from marketing campaigns
- Book meetings with prospects and plan the first demo for the Sales team using our tools (Outreach, Gong, Salesforce, Gmail…)
- Convert leads into qualified opportunities for the sales team using our sales method.
- Liaising with the other team members
- Supporting the Account Executives with daily operational tasks
Requirements
Our ideal Business Development Representative will have previous experience working within a fast paced environment, preferably within the automotive or tech industry. As well as:
- Native in Italian and fluent in English
- Bachelor’s Degree or in Business or Marketing is a plus
- Well-organised, hands-on and proactive approach capable of working under pressure
- Teamplayer attitude
- Outstanding communication skills
- Eagerness to start a career in Sales
- Internship, full time (40 hours per week)
- Monday - Friday
- Hybrid
- Based in Milan, near Lambrate station
