Borgo Pignano - Front Office Manager

Borgo Pignano, a 750 acre private estate hidden away in the hills and valleys of Tuscany whose ethos is a commitment to slow food, slow living and sustainable organic farming, is looking for an engaging and proactive FRONT OFFICE MANAGER from February to November 2025.

Main Responsabilities:

  • Supervise all activities carried out by staff at the reception, guest service and switchboard
  • Make a daily check on room assignments
  • Up sell and cross sell all department in order to maximize sales
  • Have control in the management of operating expenses
  • Have a very detailed knowledge of all the service and activities available to guests
  • Ensure that all guests are always cared for and treated in a extremely polite and courteous manner according to the standards dictated by the company
  • Always have an answer for every question summited by guests and solve their problems efficiently
  • Manage a working team and others departments to make sure that all objective of the company are met
  • Maintain good working relations with other departments head
  • Always be supportive to Room Division Manager
Requirements
  • 2/3 Years of experience in the same role at least
  • Strong team player
  • Great communications skills with key departments
  • Strong leadership
  • Eye for detail
  • Passion for a service, discretion and courtesy
  • Excellent grooming
  • Proficient in English is required and knowledge of Italian and another language
  • Respect for nature and for the values that the earth represents
  • Owner car
