Brain Technologies is searching for a skilled a dynamic and versatile
System & Project Engineer to join our team, specializing in the design, integration, and lifecycle management of advanced railway diagnostic systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a willingness to travel frequently to oversee commissioning activities at client sites.
- Analyze client requirements to design, develop, and integrate complex diagnostic systems for railway applications.
- Define system architectures, ensuring the seamless integration of hardware (e.g., sensors, actuators) and software solutions.
- Oversee testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure compliance with technical and performance specifications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (software, mechanical, and electronics engineers) to deliver high-quality solutions.
Project Management:
- Lead the full lifecycle of projects, from initial feasibility studies to final commissioning and handover.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, test reports, and user manuals.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.
Commissioning and Support:
- Travel extensively to client sites for system installation, testing, commissioning, and training.
- Ensure systems are fully operational and meet all performance requirements during on-site deployment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the operational phase of the system.
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in system engineering, preferably in railway diagnostics or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of hardware integration (e.g., sensors, controllers) and software development principles.
- Good knowledge of both mechanical and electrical system design and integration.
- Experience managing complex technical projects, including resource planning and risk assessment.
- Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, for on-site activities.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
