Data Analysis: collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and insights.
CRM Management: maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Reporting: generate regular sales reports and dashboards to track performance and support decision-making.
Market Research: conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Support Sales Team: assist the sales team with Salesforce updating and other administrative tasks.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS Bachelor's/master’s degree in management engineering or economics Good knowledge of the English languag Strong ability to analyze data Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and data analysis tools (Excel) Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management and reporting Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team members
