Overview:

At Aman, we go beyond expectations to create exceptional guest experiences. As Night Manager, you will oversee the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight shift, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and security while upholding the highest brand standards.

Reporting to the Director of Rooms, you will act as the senior management representative, handling guest concerns, supporting overnight staff, and ensuring seamless service throughout the night.

This position is based on property at Aman Rosa Alpina, San Cassiano Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy.

Responsibilities:

At Aman, we are committed to delivering seamless and exceptional guest experiences. As Night Manager, you will oversee the hotel’s operations during the overnight shift, ensuring smooth functionality, guest satisfaction, and safety while maintaining Aman’s highest standards.

  • Guest Experience & Brand Integrity:
  • Ensure every guest enjoys a flawless and memorable stay, upholding Aman’s reputation for excellence.
  • Overnight Operations:
  • Manage the Front Office and Night Audit process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and profitability.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Supervise, train, and guide the overnight team, fostering a motivated and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure staffing levels align with occupancy forecasts for optimal service delivery.
  • Crisis & Safety Management:
  • Act as a key Emergency Response Team member, ensuring guest and employee safety.
  • Maintain full awareness of emergency protocols and procedures.
  • Technology & Administration:
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of PMS, Microsoft Office, and other operational systems.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks and reports are completed efficiently.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Languages: Fluent in English and Italian (verbal & written).
  • Education: Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Front Office Management within an international luxury hotel.
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Proficient in hotel systems and computer applications.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Flexible, goal-oriented, and highly committed to excellence.

Desirable:

  • Experience: 1 year as a Night Manager in a similar luxury hotel.
  • Personal Traits: A sense of humor, self-confidence, and a proactive approach to leadership.
  • Additional Languages: Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
